So I guess what this means is, the directors can manage to exist without big pay packets and happy to take shares in place of income knowing they will be reimbursed many times over in the long run. This enables ANW to make full use of its funding in the development of its various projects rather than less productive administrative activities etc. which in turn should benefit the company and its investors alike..
