Agree with you wary especially with Julian he was looking for work in the later 90s until he got mixed up with Streeter with this nickel concern to become WSA, so he's much much more wealthier than then one would assume .
I just remember though approx 2 or more years ago Terry Streeter had to sell over 2 mill$ worth which was off market and that set some alarm bells off but ended up being quite legitimate as Terry was sinking money into Fox Resources like a drunk sailor and tenements in Brazil and needed money for tax and bills.
have to wonder though was there urgency to sell them low when Western has been fluctuating, based on historical charts theres the possibilty of a extra 20k by just waiting a fewmonths unless it really is turning sour and he knows.
