Nice little acquisition into the Santa rally. TFC has been rising. Overseas holders holding off selling ( a recently gaining stock) until the new year to forward on capital gains taxes to the next year. Lack of sellers before the new year. Prices rise because of the lack of sellers. Santa Rally. Simples.
