Which doesn't take away the fact they set KPIs they could meet regardless of blowing up the shareprice, blowing out the register, and blowing off anaemic revenue.
If they were so confident that all the stuff you mention is actually coming down the pipeline surely they would set KPIs accordingly (you know, like they did last year - whoopsy that they didn't meet them). This year they decided they should just get paid no matter what. Which makes STIs and LTIs pointless.
