Being a significant holder of NVA options I contacted the company recently to enquire if a back up plan would be looked at if market conditions left options out of the money. I was reassured that a back up plan would be looked at if conditions with markets did not improve and work progress in Alaska could not kick start prior. They believe with 5 months till expiry we still will have the potential opportunity to kick start drilling again and see results flow back in prior to expiry.

Personally I believe NVA and any company having oppies expire worthless due to the impact of COVID-19 will have a back up plan. These are unforeseen times and i believe companies are getting good feedback from the ASX on these matters.

I was impressed also with the boards decision to invest in TNR for a significant position for very minimal outlay. Through moments like these in markets opportunities arise and the gold sector will be 1 of the shining lights in 2020 onwards so the move into TNR at lows may prove to be a masterstroke like the move into Alaska has been when NVA diversified from its pure lithium play.
