I queried ML this afternoon on twitter asking for more info on why Klaus would use tax advantages as an explanation for sale at this time of year. He PM'd me back in about half an hour! legend - ninja stay busy. This was his reply:

"Sale by AVZ directors timing due to open trading window before Sep Qtrly. Sale done for tax and to a strategic partner hence off market transfer."
