    I could be wrong but Commineire SA wanted AVZ not to drag this court case out , Now that MMCS can re-file there law suite it seems like it is being dragged out , I could be wrong but Comminiere SA has the right to cancel at anytime if they don't meet all the obligations set forth when singing the deal with them.

    Maybe I'm wrong hope so.
