Regardless of where this goes, it is 100% a spec stock and if any of those non klaus related events occurred I'd much much much rather have my money on the sidelines.
I'm not as worried as others on this news since it appears this was the only time for directors to trade for a while. Regardless of where this stock could go leaving everything on the table is nothing but greed.
Extremely glad it was released aftermarket with days to digest and hopeful of an announcement pre open.
