Just to understand, if you were waiting for a termite and roof appraisal before purchasing a house, and the seller calls you with report that clears only the roof and insists you to buy now, you would?
Or, if you are offered 10 million shares off market @15c knowing that the seller has received two samples at the same time (AVZ ann 5/9) and has shown you one sample that is positive, would you buy?
Might it be that those buying 10M shares off market know a little more? How?
