Anyone is allowed to sell and so is Klaus, but the Ann should have been during the day.
Maybe he thought it would go up also and always planned to sell after Hole 1, or maybe he's worried about another sell off after hole 7 or maybe he's involved with the capping , or maybe no ones what's going on !
