Your argument is valid, but to think that they have no skin in the game is laughable. Their entire wealth is tied up in this gamble, arguably millions and many many hours. Theirs is not a free carry. We are simply passengers on their hard work. We don't know their personal financial circumstances, but I would hazard that they are NOT flush with cash, as everything will have gone into Nuheara. There were multiple ways to exervise the in-the-money options, but they still have more skin in the game than all of us put together. The 10m will almost be gone now, with another 600k in the bank and a new major holder in for the long term. I don't see any major problem here.
