So every founder NEVER has to show any financial support for their company. This is the role of other shareholders. Absolutely great logic. Investor or the Year award here. Who needs Warren Buffet when you have this sort of logic. I guess when a director or founder buys shares on market or participate in a capital raising is called stupidity.
I guess this explains the logic of them selling 10m options to get funds to convert the rest even if this means they are potentially leaving $millions at the table.
Anyway for the sake of all NUH shareholders there is some sort of deal where you can all make money
