you're not making much sense and you sound a bit cross
all I said was that leveraging (i.e. borrowing money you don't have) in order to increase your stake in what is already a very high risk business is not very prudent for anybody, even if you're a director who understands the business more than most - doesn't make it any less risky...
what these guys have done, whilst being the biggest stakeholders, is (as far as I am aware) never sold a single share despite being out of escrow - and indeed they have INCREASED their stake by exercising options when they could easily have sold the whole lot in the same way they sold half to fund the purchase of the other half, which you have criticised unfairly (in my opinion)
I guess directors do sometimes participate in placements but that would clearly depend on their own personal financial circumstances, but to say they have no skin in the game is just plain incorrect - you can have a go at anyone you like but I think you're wrong in this case
