Don't forget that the Chinese paid $15 million for their original 300 million shares .
They have been the biggest losers here .
They found a way to avoid taking up another 200 million for $10 million but who could blame them , the company gave them a legitimate out by dragging their feet getting approvals .
Took up shares but have not a lot of faith that it will make my investment whole again .
