Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice x 2, page-2

The way I read this is that the 250k worth of shares went to a new investor ,I reckon that it is to do with LSI finding a investor to take up the shares rather than them having to go to the trouble in selling them back on the market in these difficult market sentiment times for this sector.
I do not believe that LSI are the holders of the shares sold at 5.5 cents ,but just received there fee with the new shares going directly to the new investor.
So these shares may not be dumped but held longer term.
It seems plausible to me going by the wording in this announcement.
