Does not change the fact we will be paying that 12 percent, while paying wages to them. Nice deal, they get interest plus can convert to shares. They all do it, by that I mean most Asx Small caps, we just don’t get the same deal. In my view I don’t see this as a favour to the company. The only good thing about the debenture is they are obligated to tell shareholders information like change in circumstances with the company. That they should tell us anyways.
