Grateful Tribe has those deep pockets and that Hockings made the deal work to shift another portion into cash. Would have meant a whole lot of hurt if attempted on market and been a slow process essentially capping SP growth while it played out. That quantum of shares is best done in an off-market deal (if you can get one), again, glad to have Tribe buying.
