I would guess that mr Hockings maybe doesnt have the large disposable funds that it would appear mr Tribe has. Maybe he is just moving to a "free carry" position. Bearing in mind he has had a huge amiunt of funds tied up in this for much longer than Mr Tribe has, seems fair enough he wants to actually use some of his cash. If he sold on market that might be viewed as negative but selling to another director is almost a positive, shows Tribe doesnt intend dumping any time soon.
