the first announcement for Rotstein , conversion of 500,000 performance rights shares to ordinary shares ..no payment .
The second announcement for de Kauwe is for an off market transfer to him of 239,786 shares at no cost.
There is a big difference between buying on market and what these 2 announcements show.
