This is what concerns me about these cowboys. They do not give a stuff about existing shareholders, if you're in for the long term then be prepared to see your shareholding slowly but surely diluted by future capital raisings to parasite investors. I am pretty sure existing shareholders will not be asked to participate in these capital raisings as the management and board with large shareholdings don't want to be seen not dipping into their own pockets.

The day I see management and board members who own large parcels of stock, start paying for additional stock is the day I step in to buy. I will sit and watch with my small shareholding.
