the other thing that is a concern is that these shares were attached as incentives back when the share price was closer to $1... which means they were happy to hand literal millions of dollars worth of shares to employees. only through slow as hell progress has it taken money off the table, but still 100s of thousands of dollars worth.
I wasn't concern with the first 1 or 2 as it happens, but its relentless. SOI isn't a concern but handing out this many shares is going to hurt at the back end.
