i believe the directors only issued a same amount of options to be exercised 3 years later 30/11/2025 to replace the options exercise at 30/11/2022 which they thought would be out of money and lapsed. However, because the share price increased suddenly, the directors were surprised and didn’t know what to do and so they exercised partially.
