Yes RH has some lovely free options, but to be fair he did just pay $246k to buy more at $0.60
Not sure how his option compensation compares to other CEOs in the Aussie gold mining industry, but his approx 3 million free options (subject to performance conditions) wouldn't be out of place in the tech or finance industries.
