the only problem I see with your calcs is, if A11 is taken over with 100% premium today, share price won't reach ATH.
My preferred scenario would be, get a favourable off take agreement, build the mine and start producing in 2026 with lithium prices around US$ 1500.--. Keep drilling, increase the resource and start paying a dividend in 2027.
We have a winning team looking after A11. The chemistry amongst them looks almost too good to be true.
