Just options expiring at nil value (not selling) as they are out of the money.

Theoretically he could have excised the option which he would then need to pay 0.038 for each share, although presently only worth 0.014... (although why do that, when you could use the same money if so inclined to buy 2-3 times the number of shares on market at 0.014 )

But buying / excising options out of the money.. that would be a big vote of confidence by a Director for the share price to run!!

Never seen any directors do it in my experience unless trying to accumulate for other reasons ..
