Its very simple to follow what happened and it was largely just Daler transferring shares from his Finran Pty Ltd to his other entitiy called Finran Capital Management Pty Ltd probably for tax purposes or other ownership reasons.
Hence Finran just did a nominal 2cents per share sale for 50m shares from Finran P/L to Finran Capital Management P/L
What is more interesting is effectively Daler bought extra 15mil shares ON Market for around 3.5c average
And importantly Finran Group started with 198m shares and now has 218m shares up 20mil shares increase in holding.
