No... There were 3 changes, on the 21, 25 and 28th of October. a) The director purchased 50m shares for 1m (eg, at 2 cents) b) The director sold 45m shares for 3.57c each c) The director purchased 15m shares for 3.4c each
Your interpretation that he just transferred from one entity to another is incorrect - 1) Finran capital management IS him. It's not a disposal. He still has them. 2) why would he sell them to himself for a higher amount than he paid for them (remember, Finrans shares were issued at 1c.)
a) would likely be the transfer of the shortfall shares. If so, very nice that they were issued at 2 cents instead of 0.004 . This IMO is the actual good news to take from this.
b) and c) are just trading of shares. Which again is good news to see a director actually trade their shares on market like a normal person. He dumped.. but then he bought back in. Awesome.
