Hey Kman I actually got that part wrong. Speaking to a lawyer buddy today asking that question and he said Directors only have exclusion periods when it relates to 4c’s and yearly reports as they have set dates of release, everything else is open slather. In other words the company can still make announcements as there are no specific dates or timeframes on when material information is recieved.
