problem is if don't vote yes during coming agm

debt too much, company broke we lose the lot. have to vote yes or asx won't lift band based on back of envelope numbers

this is why m8 holding so generous with interest free loans included .

clear Director conflict of interest, but yeah can't do anything about that legally..

so only rights got is to vote no at coming. agm (vote no company broke -- we lose the lot)..

no way out I can see mate - if will all happen at next AGM.. the date should have been detailed in annual report or on the website .. I'll see if I can find tomorrow .

hoping I'm wrong and added up wrong -- either way outcome will be next AGM
