Seems to me that taking into account a complete lack of any assets, the value to M8H (which differs from M8S) is in controlling an Australian listed business. By doing so they can potentially hit up shareholders (both new and old) for cash to fund future capital projects and additional loss making "innovative" concepts.

The management team have demonstrated time after time that they have no clue and Saithsiri just seems to continue to back a dead horse..
