generally the 3 months leading up to options expiry is when it gets interesting. we are still a good 5 - 6 months off the excercise date, so I am not concerned about the ALTO's at all. 1 or 2 more hospitals onboard and they should be in the money fairly easily. 4c is not a big push, especially for a bio on the cusp.

it would be fair for one to assume the directors have some sort of 'inkling' as to what is on the cards this year and the likelihood of a major coming onboard, in order to contribute at the levels they did. as I said, they could have let the brokers place the shortfall. they obviously had thier reasons for wanting so much stock.

when you piece together all the parts, in makes for an interesting couple of months
