re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... The options were issued to Welborne in 2010 as part of , or at the same time as, the initial capital raising at 25c where he and Middlemas put $2 million into EQX. This was before they brought in the projects in Congo and at the time EQX was a busted shell.
He has 2 million more options at 60c that expire in Dec. Will be interesting to see what happens to them.....
My best is they will be well in the money by then.....:)
