He had the option to buy 1,500,000 shares at 40c for $600k and he took it up.
What I like is the fact that he could of just taken up 500,000 for $200k and as a shareholder I still would have been happy.
The fact that he tipped in the full $600k is a HUGE show of confidence. And let's face it no one knows more about EQX than he does. He now owns 4.5m shares. Plenty of skin in the game so as a shareholder I couldn't be happier.
