so just to be 110% clear again, welborn paid the $600,000 OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET??!!!
This wasent some accounting/managerial trick to show he forked out 600k, but really the company paid for his shares or something like that?
He had to pay the 600k in full right away? its not like he only has to pay the $600k in 5yrs time or 10yrs time, he forked out the whole lot 600k and paid it in full, himself.
He actually had $600,000 of his own money in cash in the bank, and he decided to buy 1,500,000 EQX shares at 40c.
If this is true, that means that very good info WONT be coming out soon, as it wouldnt be a good look for a director loading up a few weeks before some great news was released, so obviously we're NOT gonna be getting great news any time soon are we?
