HotRods, directors pretending to support the cr? It goes like this for some companies:- put out an asx ann that directors are fully supporting the upcoming cr; shareholders see it is the first time in an age that directors are supporting the company with their OWN $$$ so cough up their own $$$ ; cr successful; six months later buried deep in the half yearly report is mention that actually the $$$ that directors were putting into the company via cr was in actual fact a LOAN from the company (at generous low interest rates) to the directors so they could be seen to be supporting the cr at the time.

Lucky for our company that directors regularly take share in lieu of cash, support cr, and ceo is on a reduced salary.
