i think you maybe not have it quite right either akq, it maybe better than you realize as the right issue acceptances are probably additional to the loans/conversion to shares, loans looks to be immaterial regarding directors supporting the rights issue. i really don't understand why the contract details etc was put in the ann as it's confusing imo. i not going to think about it anymore as i don't hold. still confusing imo.
