Its not Afterpays responsibility to ask for ID in regards to the sale of alcohol. Its the vendors responsibility firstly to have staff over the age of 18 and hold current RSA. After that the delivery companys employees must have the same rules applied to them when delivering alcohol, staff over 18 and hold RSA and ask for ID upon delivery. Afterpay do not sell alcohol. I get that underage lending is not a good thing but this was addressed buy the company in an ann when it was first exposed. The addition of alcohol to minors is just to make out its worse than what it is. Its good it exposed a flaw in the business which the company has already or is in the process of fixing.
