The business model is actually amazing Keithy boy.. on first look, people think ~4% income, ~2% out in bad debt and losses... slim margins in a high risk environment. Reality, the ~4% is been applied on average 6.2 times per year/per person. Let me do the math for you. 6.2 x 4.1% = 25.42% interest per annum, loses still hovering around the 2% mark and will most likely increase a little, especially in the USA initially. However, with smooth sailing and not too many hiccups along the way.. absolutely no reason why they won't achieve 5-10B revenue per year with something in the ballpark of a 10% net profit. 10% of x Billion is you know what.
