Yes absfdr344 agreed, The eternal optimist in me says that NF has sent the memo reminding the board and execs that if you want shares do so now because we may be entering into a blackout period soon, i.e
heavy negotiations re off takes,JV, financing and when that happens you cannot purchase any.
All speculation of course but....
