Ok lets break yesterday's announcement down below. Notably you will see RW sold all his shares and exercised some options, overall pocketing over half a million dollars. If the stock price is over $1.50 by Christmas perhaps we can let this slide. The question must be asked, why cash out now if the pending results, updated JORC and future of the company are so bright? Is there anything wrong? Nothing wrong with keeping Directors honest and accountable. Yes, they have every right to cash in for their hard work, but sometimes they make ill informed decisions where the perception or optics are not palatable especially in the absence of a full explanation of the reasons behind such large sales of Director shares. In short, if the MGV story is so great, while sell now and not later and cash in more $$$$?
