The company issued an additional 66,666,667 shares to raise additional funds at .003 for directors. You can find more info on this in the "Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting/Proxy Form" from 25/02/21.

If you're trying to tell me that 66m is less than 75m and therefore must have been part of the sell, let me explain myself further. The 75m sell was ONE sell, from ONE seller. No single director has that many shares. I'm also unsure if this needs to be mentioned or not but these shares aren't held all together in a "Joint Directors Account", they are all held in individual accounts for each director (you can see how many per director on the last "Change of Director's Interest Notice x 3" ann), meaning that if they were ALL selling it would have been across at minimum 3 sells.

So to conclude, the main sell of 75m could not have been from a director.
