It seems that your mate Owey7 does not respect the parameters agreed to.
It also seems that you gccc12 are incorrect once again, Not all directors are onboard.
Les Guthrie is not included in the director transaction disclosures.
Les Guthrie bought shares in NMT Neometals 16/06/2022, the same time as the AUZ capital raise and he did NOT support AUZ.
Les Guthrie is a Non Executive director of NMT as well as AUZ
I think that says something about AUZ, when the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer buys shares elsewhere in NMT.
I do not blame him by the way, I would do the same.
It appears that there is still some with no skin in the game from the capital raise.
