I note Chairman and Non-executive director Stuart Grimshaw has just been appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Humm Group. This should keep him pretty busy as HUM has a few problems of its own as it transitions away from BNPL and other legacy issues which have disappointed HUM shareholders no end. I have trouble seeing him hold this down as well.
