You know that the issue of these options was voted at the AGM last week and that the decision to issue these was made at least 30 days before the AGM occured...

All SH have the right to vote whether the issue of shares happens or not and looking at the results of the AGM there was support for it. Probably creasy and IGO based on the number of votes cast in their favour.

Directors need to be incentivised to perform. If they become exerciseable then the company has doubled its MC which for some investors will mean a doubling of profit. It is the long term holders that suffer the most as they are diluted unless they have faith and have been dollar cost averaging over their holding period.
