    Agree. the top 20 shareholders list shows how the voting seems to have happened. As you pointed out Creasy and IGO seems to have carried most resolutions, while Wilson seems to have chipped in for the 1st and 2nd resolutions.

    My point though is around the ethics and the sheer size of the free gift! 40M shares to Kiddie and 20M to Wilson! Should the SP hit it's past peak of 20c on a discovery, that equates to 40M x 20c = $8.0M for Kiddie less the exercise price of 9.6c. That is a profit of +$4.0M of with no risk attached! This is ludicrous IMHO.
