Trinex have acquired projects in the right location.

In order for EVs to qualify for up to $7,500 in federal tax credits, automakers must source at least 40 percent of their battery materials from North America or US trading partners by 2024.

DG Resource Management on their website have some interesting info, if these projects were duds they wouldn't have taken scrip and be the largest holder:

Ross Lake:

The region was mapped extensively in 1955 GSC regional mapping that documented 100 pegmatite dykes within the project area.

Two significant spodumene pegmatites have been documented in historical mapping. The main pegmatite (Dyke No. 75) contains abundant spodumene, up to 10 m thick, exposed over 150 m strike.

Halo Yuri/Munn Project:

Two pegmatites, OIG and SWEET, occur within and proximal to the property.  They are known to contain appreciable quantities of spodumene. Given the prominence of spodumene in the OIG and SWEET occurrences, there is a high probability that additional ‘mapped pegmatites’ will contain spodumene.

Then there is also MAC which could have anything. I like the recent director buying. Let's see what 2024 brings.
