I think @Rykster is spot on.
AK will cut VRC and use it as a tax loss to offset future gains.
Will he put his hand in his pocket at the next CR? Me thinks not!
As for PC updating the market, well, think about it! Why would he want to report that the deal has fallen through when they are desperate for cash to keep the lights on?
