    There is no regulatory restriction preventing directors from paying for and exercising options in a blackout period, if you are insinuating there is a blackout period presently with news imminent. Not sure they could sell them however.

    But it is interesting that PO would exercise out of the money options not long ago while other directors are happy to let in the money options expire now.
