I often see T/O talk on a forum as a sign that punters are getting nervous about the mgmt's capacity to carry a project forward or just impatience with the progress. In this case, people seem to be looking hard at the involvement of EVN but their style is more to T/O big, ongoing mining projects. EVN has stakes in 2(?) other small cap projects too.

On the other hand, EVN's CEO Jake always plays his cards close to his chest in a "father knows best" manner. If you want to own his stock, you have to trust his judgement, kind of thing. It's all about who is the master and who is the servant. TBH, I believe most mgmt loath SH's, seeing them as some sort of ungrateful, clueless, fat slob in a singlet supping a beer behind his monitor, yelling, "where's me profits, ya lazy bastards!?" (I say rhetorically).
