Agree. Although it will be interesting in that I think the nature of upcoming announcements will reflect on the character of said Director and chair in regards this sale. If announcement is average/poor , SP falls, then selling reflects poor judgment, at best, & perhaps much worse. If announcement is excellent, sale reflects very well. Required to sell at a discount prior to news release ( when knowledge of upcoming news would have increased value of sale ). Selling 5M shortly after great news also reflects poorly and acts as as an anchor on any SP momentum( & this has been avoided).
I await with interest.
